Service Description

Color Seasons is a one-time digital service that provides personal color analysis based on user-uploaded photos. Users may optionally purchase an unlock to receive a personalized photorealistic avatar generated using their color analysis results.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized computational nature of our avatar generation service, purchases are generally non-refundable once avatar generation has started.

If a technical issue prevents delivery of your purchased avatar, please contact us at support@looks.co and we will review your case.
